These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CitePin, a product of Need A Name Media ("CitePin," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
CitePin provides AI visibility checks, local/Google Business Profile audits, and AI-assisted content generation, available via our website, application, and integrations such as our WordPress plugin.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating laws; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or using it to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
The Service uses AI to produce checks, audits, and content. Output may contain inaccuracies and is provided for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before relying on or publishing it. Output does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and, as between you and us, the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the CitePin platform, software, and brand.
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Stripe, Google, WordPress). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CitePin and Need A Name Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
